Terms of Use

1. Agreement

By downloading or using Morph you agree to these Terms and to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. The service

Morph builds home workout and nutrition plans, plays exercise videos, tracks your training, estimates nutrition from photos and, if you add a photo, draws an illustrative preview of your transformation. Previews are artistic estimates, not a promise of results; real outcomes depend on consistency, nutrition and your body. Plans are generated from the information you provide; you are responsible for its accuracy and for training safely.

3. Morph Pro subscription

• Weekly (US$6.99/week) and Yearly (US$59.99/year) plans, each with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. Local prices may vary.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase, after the trial ends.
• The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
• Unused portions of a free trial are forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under App Store policies.

4. Fair use and AI limits

AI plan regeneration and photo analysis are subject to fair-use limits shown inside the app (for example a number of plan rebuilds and transformation previews per week and photo scans per day). Limits may change as we improve the service.

5. Not medical advice

Morph is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Stop exercising and seek medical help if you feel pain, dizziness or discomfort. You use the app at your own risk.

6. Acceptable use

• Do not reverse-engineer, scrape or resell the app or its content
• Do not use the app to harm yourself or others
• Exercise videos and content are licensed to Morph and may not be copied or redistributed

7. Intellectual property

The app, its design, text, and generated plans are owned by or licensed to Morph. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use them within the app.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Morph is provided "as is". We are not liable for injuries, indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the subscription in the preceding 12 months.

9. Termination

You can stop using Morph at any time by deleting the app. We may suspend access for misuse of the service.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence.
