PTWith ("we", "our", or "the App") is a fitness platform that connects Personal Trainers with their clients. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our mobile application and web platform.

Account Information

• Apple ID (when using Apple Sign In)
• Profile photo (optional)
• Role (Personal Trainer or Client)

Health & Fitness Data

• Height, weight, age, gender
• Fitness goals and experience level
• Body measurements
• Progress photos
• Workout history
• Nutrition logs

Apple HealthKit Data

With your explicit permission, we may read height, weight, and date of birth from Apple HealthKit to pre-fill your profile. We never write data to HealthKit or share HealthKit data with third parties.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain the App's functionality
• To connect you with your Personal Trainer
• To display your workout programs, nutrition plans, and progress
• To calculate daily calorie and macro targets
• To send account-related notifications (e.g., OTP codes)
• To improve the App through anonymous analytics

4. Data Sharing

Your fitness data (workout history, progress photos, body measurements, nutrition logs) is shared only with the Personal Trainer you are connected to. We do not sell or share your personal data with any third parties for marketing purposes.

We may use trusted third-party service providers for hosting, email delivery, authentication, and anonymous analytics. These providers only process data as necessary to support the App and are bound by their own privacy policies.

5. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on secure servers located in Europe. We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and secure authentication mechanisms to protect your information.

6. Data Retention & Deletion

You can delete your account at any time from the App's Settings screen. When you delete your account, all associated data is permanently removed, including:

• Your profile and account information
• Workout history and programs
• Nutrition plans and logs
• Progress photos, weight logs, and body measurements
• Trainer-client connections

7. Children's Privacy

PTWith is not intended for children under the age of 14. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 14.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Update or correct your information
• Delete your account and all associated data
• Withdraw consent for HealthKit access at any time via iOS Settings

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes through the App or via email.
